If you are sad then it mean you are happy earlier or atleast in better state . Life is just experience, we choose how we want to live those experiences. It like game , you start playing try it , you loose or win it doesn’t matter than experience of playing it. Just play

That’s a perspective I hadn’t really thought of. Experiencing things just as they are. Shifting my vision to experiences rather than focussing on the suffering.

For me it’s-
- the hope that Something good can happen to me
- mint ice cream
- my dog
Just like yours, my life seems quite bleak lately

The reason to live this life is to that I have this life.
That I have both my legs and I can walk and go wherever I want too without someone help.
That I have both my eyes and can see the greenery of the nature when I wake up.
That I have both my ears and can hear cheerful sounds of birds and the pittr- patter of rain and the music I love which makes me feel amazing.
That I can smell cooking Dal somewhere and the whistle of cooker which reminds of my mother.
That I can teach myself things usually others even don’t care about.
That I can clean my room on my own
That I can improve myself daily and slowly and transform myself.

What’s your reason not to live??

Try to improve daily add more things to your life, which makes you feels good and at the same time a little challenging.
And slowly slowly one day you will wake up and didn’t even realize that this low phase of your life is long gone.
As the famous saying goes β€˜this shall pass too’.

Yes definitely trying this one out. Making a list of things to do that includes a little of every aspect. Cutting off social media and reducing my phone usage has helped a lot. It’s only Day 1 and I have got 80% things done. Today has been productive. I’m feeling much better. I’ll continue this lane. Thanks a lot to you. ☺️
