Frustration

I hate myself for being self-aware. Self-aware that I know what I should do but Im not doing it. I know I should stop complaining and start working but here I am always finding a way to escape my responsibilities. I hate myself for being myself. I hate how I know how shitty I am. I hate that I am self-aware but never took an action to stop being a disappointment. I'am afraid.

When i was in college i used to think, when I'll earn life would be sorted. I am earning now and nothing seems sorted. I earn and somehow fail to maintain a budget. I earn but still dress up shabbily. I try to lose weight but still whenever people meet me they talk about my weight. Fyi i am 75kgs with a 173cm height. No bulges or extra fat anywhere. Its just i have a tummy. I have joined a gym but i am lazy too. I dont like to interact with anyone now. I have a bf but i dont want to bother him. We are in a commitment with no relationship because a relationship tag is something that i cannot handle. I am helpless. I dont like sharing feelings, i dont feel good about my life even though nothing is wrong outside. Its just my feelings. Fuckk it.Can anyone please advise how to sort my life.
