What are the best ways to spy on somebody?

P.s. only doing it for my safety purpose don't it the wrong way

Lots of things that that person doesn't tell....their friends, where they go, their behaviour in front of others, whom they meet, how much time do they actually have

If you need to spy on someone, you better leave that person...

3am Thoughts

I changed my school 3 months ago. I'm in 11th class right now. I had been in a only boys school till 10th and now I am in a co-ed school. Before this school I had never talked to a girl before literally never. I find it hard to fit in this school like boys and girls talk so casually and say anything they want. They drink alcohol they smoke and do shit like these they party they have bfs or gfs. I don't imagine myself doing all this but then i feel like what if i might be missing something, I should do everything they do but then again I remember that's not me. Idk I'm just confused what to do and what not to do. Thanks for reading ❤

I always thought nothing can stop a person if he or she is determined but nah, there's lot distraction. I'm so fcking lost.

I recovered from covid and my self isolation routine that I followed helped others as well.. 
hope this would help more people here!!

 The Self Isolation phase was pretty easy for me as I had great friends. Here comes my routine.

7 AM - A glass of hot lemon water. 
Boil the lemon with skin in water, add a pinch of salt to it.

8 AM - Cup of hot tea
9 AM - Breakfast with tablets 
9.30 AM - 1 PM Good sleep😴
1.30 PM - Lunch + Tablets 
2 PM - 5 PM Sleep again 😴
5.30 PM - Hot Tea
6 PM to 8PM - Time to relax and watch a good movie
8.30 PM - Dinner + Tablets
9 PM Sleep again

In the mid time, its compulsory to drink 4 litres of water(with glucose/ORS if you feel dehydrated) + 3 fruit juice(anytime you feel like).

The house should be cleaned every day and only one person should take the responsibility to take care of the COVID 19 patient. Just a mask is enough for the person who take care.
