If youβre talking about physically better then : sleeping on time, going for long walks and eating the food I love(not excessively)
Academically speaking: writing down my path and then working my way up slowly, daily logging of progress.
However Iβm currently grieving my breakup, so these are the things that have been keeping me from breaking apart. Theres more stuff too, if you want to talk please reach out to me. Thanks π

Iβm happy to hear that these are the things which are keeping you from breaking apart. Itβs quite the opposite for me, whenever I have a breakdown I lose all my productivity sighβ¦

Yeah itβs the same for me too, Iβm just fed up with having so many breakdowns. Doing productive things one at a time is whatβs keeping me sane tbh, i wish i could go back to the time when i was a normal guy
