If you’re talking about physically better then : sleeping on time, going for long walks and eating the food I love(not excessively)
Academically speaking: writing down my path and then working my way up slowly, daily logging of progress.
However I’m currently grieving my breakup, so these are the things that have been keeping me from breaking apart. Theres more stuff too, if you want to talk please reach out to me. Thanks 🙂

I’m happy to hear that these are the things which are keeping you from breaking apart. It’s quite the opposite for me, whenever I have a breakdown I lose all my productivity sigh…

Yeah it’s the same for me too, I’m just fed up with having so many breakdowns. Doing productive things one at a time is what’s keeping me sane tbh, i wish i could go back to the time when i was a normal guy
