Well today I’m feeling pretty strange. I really dont want anything to affect me and distract me from focusing on my goals which are of utmost importance to me as of now. But i always end up getting distracted and waste my time on things which will not even matter to me in the long run. I had a circle of people around me who impacted me negatively but now currently I’m no longer with them but their impact still persists somehow. Is there a way out of this??

Nope there is no such way out i guess.
You just have to accept things and keep going.
Also getting distracted is not big deal.
Everyone gets distracted and thats pretty normal.
Just hang on and keep going
