Well I secured admission in a reputated university through my category (scored 94.29) and genral cutoff is 98 so it just makes me anxious about my own achievements. Ik I can always do a lot better and can surpass everyone if I have to but this stuff makes me timid and less confident since ppl have been asking about my score.
Ps- other categories’ have 90 to 86 cutoff but still…
It happens but don’t worry, no one is going to hate you for that.
They just ask this to know if they are better than you or not.
But what if they bully me for it or kinda discriminate or some?
Reservations are given to get a uniformity in the representation of different classes. It’s given for a noble cause and you shouldn’t feel bad for using it.
If you feel you don’t need a reservation.
You can try clearing the general cutoff and get admitted as a general category student.
