I dont know what I am doing in my life, I just dont do anything whole day, eat, do some work of daily chores, surf net here and there not something just scroll (not social media, although I thought it is social media that's disturbing my mental health) and sleep. Today's phone time is 7hr40min already and two more hrs of the day will be added now. I am just clueless I can't able to figure out myself and my life, although I read and watched many helping articles and videos but it doesn't comes to action for me. I am just sad all day, dont want to smile when someone at home smiles at me and want to talk , I dont want to talk, I just keep myself isolated in my room only. Is anything helpful in this phase? Btw I am 23😔

“You can’t make someone love you by giving them more of what they already don’t appreciate”

I always made him my priority and when I saw him slipping away from me… I gave him even more importance and love thinking he’ll see how much he matters to me but no, you can’t make someone love you by giving them more of what they don’t already appreciate… my love was never appreciated… the amount of love from my side was never the issue 

Soo I have decided to not giving up

i feel ugly, all the time, i hate going through social media. its like i cant escape it. my bf tries so hard to make me believe that i am beautiful, trust me he tries so hard. i truly believe he loves me, and i love him. but yk he's hot. and i'm idk kind of ugly. i want to get cosmetic surgery, but i cant find any doctors, he says he'll love me no matter what and he just feels bad about how upset i get about this. we're both trying so hard to get me better. but i feel like i disappoint him everytime i look into the mirror and not like myself. and when i find one flaw i start looking for more and then i slip into hating myself, feeling like i dont deserve to be happy, i dont deserve food, i dont deserve air. and then i feel bad for it cause yk people are dying and i have a perfect bf, perfect house and everything that should make me happy. but this takes too much of y headspace, i feel so ugly i dont want him to look at me, i dont want to go out. i dont know what to do about this. he says he'll never ever get sick of me and my mental health issues, he'll always try to help me. but yk everyone says that, and everyone eventually gets tired. i know he'll try his best, and i wont even blame him if he does yk get tired, cause a person can only take so much of another person's damage. idk what to do. i need advice on how to not tell him about every little thing i hate. ive accepted my hate for myself. i just dont want to tell him and make him suffer. he loves me, i dont even know why. I love him too, i cant stand the thought of being separated from him, am i bad for his mental health?
