I was in depression as I have gone to heartbreak two times.. And I am again feeling anxiety attacks from few days. In last relationship I got tortured by my partner for money. Now I am with person who helped me throughout and at first he is my best friend. But cause he is working he didn't get daytime to talk or not much time for conversation and also he is not that much talking person. But when this happens I start having anxiety attacks feeling of loneliness. He loves me respects me knows that he is not been able to give that much time due to his work or other things but instead of that everything is fine but I don't know why I feel scary everytime I have thought of loosing him can't share these things as he will also be upset don't know how to deal with it. That anxiety feeling kills me everytime. I am happy with him but don't know what's wrong.

its really easy to tell people to move on
but when it comes to you.. it just become one of the most difficult things in the world...

but the choice is yours either to stand there forever..or move forward with life.. because healing do take time but only when you allow it too ...if you don't want to heal .you are going to stuck forever...the first step of healing is to admit that you need healing....
