Gratitude

My dad found me listening to music and taking medication. I told him it was Tylenol but it wasn’t. Maybe they thought I wanted to overdose but I didn’t. They’ll never trust me anymore and they’re going to find out about the cuts and it’s all my fault….. I don’t know if I can do this anymore

There’s just too much going on. I can’t seem to get a break from it all. Feel like dropping everything and running away. 
And then there is the guilty mindset that makes me feel selfish for not doing things.

3am Thoughts

So, I was talking to a guy just as a friend on a social media for more than a week. He used to text me, we are of same age, so we connected soon, talked much about our lives, also he told me once I am a good listener. Later I told him, I will may take a break soon, he knew for my studies, asked for a alternative option, I denied, he understood well the situation. But he also said "You are hopeless". Why he said that? What I did wrong? This just stuck in my head, what's wrong with me, idk? 
Well I didn't leave then, but instead he took a break for his studies lol.

She is working on building efficient models of therapeutic care, which takes into account the mental health needs and concerns that go beyond the space(s) of therapy. She has built a thriving private practice over the past years. She has worked with several NGOs and organizations to create accessible mental health services and products.
