It’s about priorities. Spend time on things that really matters to you. Be punctual and keep going.

I too had this addiction years ago, all I did was to uninstall every social media… though after 2-3 hrs, i got a strong urge to install them again… all I did was to hand over my pswd to my person and asked him to not share that with me… i eventually with time got out of the addiction.

And today, I don’t even have whatsapp on my phone. Strange. Isn’t it?
I too needed them most of the time, for college projects, curriculars, but all I used was Gmail.
In the end I realised, no app is that important. You can still do everything without WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.
