Was feeling really anxious and bad , so I just grabbed my earphones and took a walk. Now I am feeling a lil bit better.

Tbh I just sleep when i feel anxious… but when it is serious i just busy myself in talking with my family or watching movies…😁😊
Also i have found few apps which helps in meditation…talk to a therapist etcc…
