want you to take a moment to close your eyes and take some deep breaths in. Really clear your mind and go inward. How are you feeling? What bothers you? Are there any things you desperately need to talk about? Are there any thoughts that you need to address? What can you do to make yourself feel better? Life can get pretty stressful and confusing, so that you often forget to check in with yourself. This is your reminder to take some minutes out of your day to take care of your wellbeing. Take moments for yourself and please do not ever feel guilty about it, darling. Self-reflection is such an important part of healing. In order for you to heal, you need to take care of yourself, you need to rest. And I am here to tell you that it is absolutely okay. I am so proud of you for showing up every single day - but remember that taking a break does not equal failing, in fact it is the greatest act of love you can do for yourself.
