Crush

Have you ever been in a relationship where things are going really well... n some third person (ex) wants you back... what you do. I want to confess I invaded his privacy which is not good... but didnt had any other option... now I'm upset over this but I'm more upset on the conversation he had with his ex. It's a tough situation... now things are turning upside down. At a moment I felt we are good... but now feels like what ever he said was unreal. Fake. 

I feel like texting her ex n asking her to leave us alone. But I also think he should be the one getting closure. In conversation at one point he is saying he wants to give time to me n our relationship. But at other point he is upset on breaking things off with her.... I trust him. N I love him alot. Why is this so difficult??

I am completely lost. I am in a relationship and feel like every day I am being yelled at or cried to. Everything is always because of me. I cannot take it. My partner asks to call, I say they I don’t really feel like calling at the moment ( which is in my opinion, a perfectly good answer). She asks why I hate her so much and what she did and how she should just kill herself because that would make everyone happier. I have told her that is completely incorrect and try to tell her she is loved but she just gets angrier. I am completely confused as what to do. I am not happy in this relationship because it feels like no matter what I do she is never happy with me. She constantly needs to know where I am, who I’m with and what I’m doing. We have had no history of being unfaithful and lying to each-other. It feels like she is controlling me and I am just living as her pet. I do not know what to do because if I breakup with her I fear she is going to harm herself. We are also on a sports team together and it would be a very uncomfortable environment if that were to happen. 

Breakup

I distanced myself from everybody when I turned 18. I was always a loner, but I had few people whom I thought I could rely on. I was a 16 year old when few people thought of manipulating, abusing, hurting, lieing, cheating, basically doing everything they can to completely turn me into a bloody monster, which they were successful in doing. I always used to think that why should I apologise for being this way when nobody apologized for making me this way. So sometimes it felt that the best thing I did was distance myself from everybody. I became even more lonelier and got into drinking everyday and using stuff to get high along with alcohol. I suffered for more than 6 years by myself. I was happy I was by myself. I was looking back at everything and realised that distancing myself from everybody was just a defence mechanism that i developed subconsciously and without any intention I've responded in very rude ways so that i never get hurt. I ended up being the person who hurt me the most. Slowly it became so that i needed to defend myself from myself and that time since I couldn't find anything I took up more drinking and getting high more. Today I realised that every reaction of mine is just a defence mechanism. I haven't let anybody in from a long time. Can anybody help me and tell how I can break this ?
