Very soon, a new chapter of my life will start as my college will begin. I have been with my family for 18yrs. To be honest, I do not want to go since I have been really closed to them. I am scared that I will miss them, but I don’t know for how long?

3am Thoughts

Hey, guys hope you all are doing well it's just I have a lot in my head recently thought I should share my mantra of happiness I recently got to know about. 
I believe Happiness is something internal. It has less to do with pleasures and more to do with private victories. When one feels like their life is worthwhile, they are involved in a purpose bigger than oneself and is contributing to the happiness of others, that is what makes someone happy.
Just find a reason to be happy trust me you'll feel inner peace instantly 

Happy

I forgot my best friend's birthday today because I'm having a depressive episode and have not been okay but now I feel like an asshole because he's been so present recently trying to help me 😔

Anxiety

so I and my gf are in long distance. we were supposed to meet this Christmas but something came up and we couldn't. We were busy with things before this winter vacation started, so we weren't able to talk much. But she said that in this vacation she is the gift for me that she will give me some time and still she isn't. She is busy during the day and that I get but even at night, she will keep going offline, again and again, to reply to her friends. idk maybe I am being possessive, maybe I am overthinking. I was just in a bad mood so thought of sharing it.

Relationships

I have given my presentation today ... though my anxiety got in between but i managed to coop with it..and it was fantastic...

Exhausted

About 6 months ago I met a girl who changed my life. I have become a new person, full of motivation to do and be better every day. It is amazing how one person can make you feel. I fully fell in love with her.
However, for about 2 months it's been a little bit hard for both of us. She has been pretty upset with me because I had been a little too friendly with some friends and colleagues. I agree, I was a little too friendly with some people. I shouldn't have talked to some of them in a certain way that could have been sought as flirty, and I shouldn't have driven my female colleagues home late at nights.
One night, I was pretty drunk after celebrating my best friend's birthday. I went there with my gf. After that we went home and I fell asleep. While I was asleep, she decided to look at my phone and read all my chats. I never cleared my chats for about 4 years, which included some chats with previous women too. I never deleted anything never hidden anything from my current gf because I felt like I had nothing to hide from her. However, she didn't share the same feeling. It made her super upset. She said that she doesn't feel special, telling me that I talk to everyone the same way I talked to her. She also accused me that I was being too friendly, even flirty, with some people after we had started dating.
I explained that I never intended for anything to happen between me and anyone else - I was just being polite and friendly. I agree, I lied to her about some things because I knew it was gonna make her upset. But, I love her with my whole heart, and never stop thinking of her. Even when I talk to my friends and some colleagues, I talk about her. But she doesn't care. 
For about 2 months after all of that happened, she started being very cautious, which I understand. I asked for her forgiveness many times, but she keeps reminding me of what I did. She keeps throwing it in my face. Recently, we had a big fight, which almost led to a big break up. We talked everything through and decided that I will be fully honest with her. I made her a couple gifts to make her feel a little happier too. It worked and we stayed together. We decided to work on the relationship because we both have a goal to get married in the closest future.
Even though everything is good and we stayed together, it feels like the relationship is not the same. When we are together, we are good and happy. But when we are apart during the day, i feel like she doesn't care about me. I know that she loves me too and I love her. But the feeling doesn't leave me. How do I fight with this anxiety? How do I make her get rid of her anxiety? And how do I make both of us trust each other and happy with each other?
