As a woman in Delhi, India I find myself super confused about my views on the new move by the delhi govt. to make public transport free. on the one hand, i feel it can give non-believers another opportunity to critique feminism since this isn't exclusively addressing the point of equality. on the other hand, i also feel it necessary for the regressive households that still hold back women as this could be the reason to smooth out processes for them and ensure more participation perhaps.
