university is starting in a bout 2 months i think and i havent fix my sleeping schedule yet i really wanna cry myself out… and alsooo idk why all of my smartphones keeps on making problems. i have lots to do with my smartphone and i rlly cant depend only on my laptop. bear in mind i have had problem with my sleep since 1 year smthg already and right now im just mentally and physically tired of this cycle trying to fix it. i just wanna cry myself out … rlly. i mean there’s few days that i can go to sleep early but then i didnt want? and i thought its me who’s being ignorant with the chance that i can go to sleep early but then again when i try to sleep kind of early… i still cant 😞😩😩
not only that, i cant go to work because my parents wont let me due to this pandemic, i dont wanna burden them and earn my own money as university is starting soon…
thats all for todayyy… i wanna cry so bad and um i know i can go through this i just need time to be sad for awhile and to whoever reading this, i pray that whatever pain/sadness taht ure feeling… ure gonna be good! :)
Hey! I get this cuz my sleep pattern was all over the place too. Tbh, it’s not easy to get it back on track mainly cuz of our damn phones. But it’s not impossible either. So one thing I noticed was that when you’re sleeping pattern is right, you’re in a much better place mentally too!
I’ll tell you a few things I tried out. Might just work out for you too.
I took a conscious effort to keep my phone away atleast an hour before I plan to sleep, switch it off too and keep it as far as possible, so I either get too lazy to go get it or I give it to my parents so I don’t feel the urge to use it. It’s tough in the beginning but you can do it! Start reading! Any novel. Just before you sleep. It used to give me better sleep.
Also, try taking a hot shower or drinking a hot glass of milk.
This usually helps. Also, don’t panic if you aren’t getting sleep, cuz that’ll just make things worse .
And don’t give up. You can do it. 😁 I hope this helps you too.
It’s very common that people are following their own sleep cycle these days so don’t worry abt it it’s common .
Now you want to sleep early solution for that is don’t use your phone in while you were abt to sleep ( I KNOW YOU MIGHT HERE THIS MANY TIMES )
But that’s true the light of your screen stops your eyes by closing them .
Ones you try this for one night keep your phone one meter away from your sleep area then you see the difference of this night and other nights you will observe it your self 😃😃😃
