Uk there will be people who will make u feel worthless ,will try to kill ur dreams. Besties know in what environment u stay. Dont compare yourself with others. Distance yourself from friends/family/ relatives if ther somehow drain u or deep down uk they aint serving u well. Be kind. Find happiness in every small thing Like for me? I find happiness in hearing sounds of birds, seeing butterflies, seeing dogs playing happily with their owners etc. Exercise it is very imp. It will keep ur mental health better. Download apps if udk how to start workouts. Drink plenty of water. Take care of ur skin. When in anxiety. Make a dairy write ur shit thoughts. It works srsly.and be kind. I get u and i relate this… But uk we always make time for them whenever they say, but ask urself qs do they really do the same for you? For me there was a no so i just stopped asking them to meet or keep chatting, instead i m utilizing that time for painting or cycling, i was damn lazy istg but as time ull know more about urself. There s surely one thing u definitely wanna do right… Keep a journal with u and write ur task… Start with easy task… Coz when we fail them it demotivates us😅.
