uhm hey,
I’m currently preparing for university and really stressed. My mind like: β€œIf I can’t get the expected score” Shortly my mind making be nervous about the exam (the SAT exam)
I’m working hard and I have enough time till December, but exams always make be stressful. Is there anyone who wants to talk to me about university prepping stress?

Focus on your goal and try not to be affected or influenced by your so-called friends or anyone else. Believe and trust yourself. And as much as possible try to be positive. Whenever you feel like negative stuff comes unto your mind do something else that may divert your attention. As you focus on your goal do yourself a favour too…unwind and dont stress and drown yourself in studying. Try to atleast chill a little. Go out and breathe after you do that go back on studying.
Dont stress yourself too much. And again, as much as possible be positive whatever the result or the outcome of your effort. If no one encourages you or pats your back, then pat your own self. As long as you know that you give your best on this, be proud of yourself.
