Alot of people belief that crying is a sign of weakness,,i'm one of them,,and because of that i started my own research,,how can i stop crying,,how to be numb,,how can i be tough....ik it's not a healthy way to be better.

Because of that i only cry when i'm really hurt,,i tell my self,,it's ok to cry,, i'm a  human and human being have feelings,,that is why i need to do something about it.

It's actually kinda difficult for me to cry. Like when I feel/want to cry I just have a sore throat and tears won't come out, I feel like it's a genuine problem at this point. When I want to actually cry I just can't and in just left there looking like if I don't care about what's going on but I do I just can't seem to let tears out. It sucks so much. I sometimes have to put a sad song or watch a sad movie for me to only let out a few tears. I hate that I have to make myself cry so I can actually cry because when I have/want to cry I just can't. I can't let tears out it's just the dumbass sore throat and watery eyes that just won't let the tears run down my face. I hate it

I’ll be doing some daily chores and it suddenly hits. I feel like I’m on the verge of tears. I want to cry out loud but I can’t. Nothing comes out. Suffocated. That’s the way I feel in these situations. It’s been happening frequently for 3-4 days. I just can’t with these feelings.
