Amla water in morning And lime water all day. Cut lemon into thin slices and immers in ur water bottle. Drink 2 such 1 litre bottle a day.

Lime water cuts fat . Especially tummy fat.

Also don’t eat anything after sunset. Don’t drink water half an hour before and after dinner. Also not during dinner…

Try yoga and when you crave for food don’t eat food instead chew gums. It will work in two ways.
1. Give you nice jaw line
2. It will satisfy your hunger
