Amla water in morning And lime water all day. Cut lemon into thin slices and immers in ur water bottle. Drink 2 such 1 litre bottle a day.
Lime water cuts fat . Especially tummy fat.
Also don’t eat anything after sunset. Don’t drink water half an hour before and after dinner. Also not during dinner…
