Totally stressed out and anxious due to grandparents’ mindset. They leave no chance to tell what to do , how to do or judge me for my decisions to talk to relatives anf how often do I talk to them etc. I am totally stressed out due to their behavior to tell me pick up their used utensils else I will be considered an unethical person in their eyes. Not that they can’t move. They do walking for long durations and a lot of other stuff. But just that they want a women to pick up their used utensils. It pisses me off and the stare I get from them is quite intimidating if I don’t do as told. I am 28 years old and he does the same with my mother. I am too anxious.
He would also discuss about this and me with other relatives who occasionally visit us. I heightens my social anxiety to another level and I feel inadequate.
They would also peep into my room to see what I am doing and who I am talking to. They would also ask who are you talking to on phone. I am totally stressed out.

This is definitely distressing. The only thing that you can do right now is to find a way to explain things to them or make it very clear to them that you will not be following everything they say.
I know that this can be really rude to say, and I would hate saying anything like this, but I feel it is really necessary.
