Motivation

Myself a doctor, recently graduated. I was always good at my work. I did good during my internship. I finished ny internship recently in feb. I had plans of working as soon as i get out. I had git the job too. But due to some unexpected circumstances, i had to get my eye surgery done and I couldn't start the job. It almost took me a month to start working.And when I started to work. I didn't like the job, i had sevee panic attacks and anxiety to work... And then all my friends who had no plans of working, most of them are working and studying.. I haven't joined any coaching due to financial crisis in the family. I wanted to work but I'm not able to, i feel very scared to go to a new environment, i feel too lonely and pressured. I feel depressed. But I feel so jealous when I hear some of my friend doing something, even a single word or thought of they're doing something makes me jealous. I'm jealous of my gf too. Who's in a much better place than me. I don't know why this is happening. I getup with anxiety and feeling guilty everyday since months. I don't know what's the problem. I'm so confused and so low all the time. I feel depressed. I feel like I'm useless and I'm not going to do anything in life than to just settle for less. But I really want to work and become the best but i don't have the courage or guts i feel. I don't know what's wrong with me.

I am so frustrated....i dont feel anything ia going right ...i am trying to love myself but it feels like impossible..i dont have anyone to call to when i feel like crying...m just crying at nights feeling worthless....i want to shout...i want to just run off from everything  ..i try to deal with things but end up failing...me head is paining..i cant even concentrate on anything..m arguing and fighting with everyone
