i am a medical student i failed in one of the subject of my final year i feel like i am good for nothing in mbbs passing and failing feel like life or death. I don’t know what to do next.

I sometimes feels confused,i want to study but i can't focus on it,i am addicted to my mobile phone and i want to give up but i can't,i even started meditation going to morning run,but still after i picked phone once i won't give it up for many hours,i want to reduce my screen time,any gud suggestion)))

I'm really tired of the staying in part of the lockdown. I'm part of the class of 2020 and now I'm in 12th grade, so it's really frustrating knowing that next year we'll have to attempt exams we're absolutely unprepared for.

Hlo everyone, I'm preparing for an entrance exam and also I have joined a coaching classes. In my class, everyone I so much intelligent instead of me (as I'm duffer) even I do mistakes in calculation, I didn't understand the concept and also mostly time I stuck in problem whenever I solve little complex or even easy one, my younger brother and sister solve that problem before me which is very embarrassing situation for me (for this I feel jelous .... I know it is not good to jelous from my own siblings but I feel) I take a lot of time in any question which make me feel like Im able to clear my exam with this condition of mine and also I always got very bad marks in my monthly test it make me depressed my mom dad always ask me why I'm getting that bad marks after studying day and night (I study approx 7-8hrs apart my classes). I learn, read and also make mind maps for understanding but at the day of test I forger everything. These all things makes me worry about my future, I feel like everyone can achieve a great success in their life but I can't. I don't know what will I do if I fail in my exam as it is everything for me because I don't know if this not then what to do..... I have no one to share my feelings sometimes I feel alone I wanna share there all stuff with someone but I don't have any good friend...
