Today I’ve felt mostly good. I guess I just wanted to share some coping tips for too much emotion you have with no idea what to do with (mainly anger):
- Writing music. This helps me a lot, more than I thought it would. If something goes wrong, write a song.
- Fighting. I’m not promoting violence, trust me. I feel punching something soft (like a pillow) helps for anger.
- Meditation. I know, sounds boring. When I did my first meditation (and my only one so far) it calmed me down, and it was only for a minute. This may not work for everyone. (actually, any of these might not work for everyone)

I’d say these ones have helped me a ton. I’m grateful for all the comments put on my accounts… rants.
