Today, I read an article of ndtv in which bruce lee was died due to brain swelling (because of low sodium in brain) caused by excessive drinking the water.

I got scared, As I also drink 3-4 litre of water daily in the morning.

I’m guilty for enjoy being drunk and high, most of my pleasure is given to me in this pieace of shit like coke ou meds and I’m sober for like five mont’s but I just wanna go to the streets and kill myself whith all of this stuf

Addiction

I am an alcohol addict , each day passes my addiction gets bigger. Mental Health collapses each day . I don't know how will i overcome this .

Just because i was showing a lot of whiskey bottles at home on snap ,  a friend told me kum nashe kiya kar . I rarely drink ..... And not drinking since two months as i am on meds ...... Just wanted to write ...... 

3am Thoughts

I’m so sick of life sometimes that I just don’t want to do anything, I just want to go on auto pilot. I’ve never had alcohol  before but the moment I thought about it and realized that it’s practically like being unconscious and not having to be in control, I can’t stop thinking about it. The good thing is I’m a teenager, and there is no alcohol in my house like ever so I don’t have access to it anyway. But sometimes I think like if there were some I’d just chug down a whole bottle so I don’t have to deal with anything anymore.

I have noticed that when I drink more water I feel suddenly better. Is that weird?

Is it normal to sometimes use excessive alcohol to deal with stress?
Usually it stays in the bounds of normal social drinking but every once in a while I get into negative spirals triggered by stress, grief or self-loathing.
(embarrassingly also sometimes triggered by fictional characters going through the same stuff)
I can really go from only having a beer or wine in social settings and being fine to suddenly drinking multiple glasses of hard liquor a day on my own.
I have a lot of trouble controlling my impulses in general and I try my best with alcohol but in those spirals it's like my body acts on it's own and suddenly I'm halfway through my second glass. Not to the point of regularly getting black out drunk and those spirals last only about 2 weeks before I get back on track and quit it. 
So I can't call it alcoholism but I also know that I'm not always able to keep control over it...
The reason I ask is because I tried bringing it up to a friend once and it got shrugged off like I'm nowhere near an actual addiction so it's fine. It doesn't feel fine though.
