Today I got to know that the person who works horrible in the team got the hike and promotion as much as I got and I’m here working as TeamLead without that being mentioned anywhere on any official documents. Being available all the time outside my working hours as well isn’t worth it I suppose. And as a feather to the hat, that guy got H1B now.
