To keep up with life one needs a constant motivation.I believe We seek it in form of love⦠depend on wrong ppl get hurt and add one more sorrow to our life.
I am trying to practice the following things to bring happiness in my life on my own
1. Keep smiling,
The sorrow,stress,sadness will fade a bit if you wake up in the morning and smile,the muscles send single to brain that everything is fine,Fake it till you make it.
2.Have mercy on yourself
Stop sleeping blaming and gloating.A merciful attitude would keep you at peace with oneself and with others.
3.
Self love,
Prioritize yourself for a day,on every single action Or thought prioritize yourself.
I am going to follow this now on letβs see what difference it brings,Have a great day.

Thier will always be ups and downs in life, sometimes it feels like the downs are more, but what i learnt from experience is that you happiness is your ow responsibility, if u keep depending on other people or other things for happiness it wont last, rather bring that happiness from within, expect less from others, do what makes you happy, dont over think things, just go with the flowβ¦you are your own sunshineβ¦good luck
