To everyone who is struggling to heal, love to all of you my darlings. Just a reminder- there is no rush. You have the liberty to heal at your own pace and at your own comfort. This isnโ€™t a race about who can heal the fastest. Your trauma is valid even if those who went through the same, healed faster than you. Take as much time as you need. You are not weak, you are just giving yourself lots and lots of self-care and I know that you do wish to move on. Itโ€™s fine. Do your own thing. There is no pressure. Sending all of you love, healing and positive vibes! Chin up! Hugs
