Months ago I had depression issues, found out through Insta and you?

I saw ads on insta and was just curious what people would share while they can hide their identities.
So i just checked this and saw a lot of people are facing so many things in their lives and thought of like sharing my experience with them, might be it helps.

True, there are many people suffering here, even after me consulting psychologist and even after being okay, I’ll still here to help them out.
