I’m an avid overthinker and it has created a negative impact on my life. But now I’ve started to work on myself, like my lifestyle with meditation. Although I’m not so good at it yet. I wish I could see some positive changes in the future.

I am feeling anxiety all time, Basically I am studying in another state i am the only person from my state here ap everything is different, food, language, people, it has been almost 11 months here in hostel but my anxiety and anxouness is increasing day by day I feel lonlley sometimes and my situation is really horrible and I can’t express my feelings with anyone I’m soo tired mentally and physically… Please help
