TIPS TO OVERCOME AVOIDANCE PROCRASTINATION
the impending doom of final exams approaches, and I’ve turned to re-reading the entire Harry Potter series so as to avoid studying.
have any good tips to avoid this sort of dilation in work??

Better way to overcome such thing is to make time table and stick that time table to your ego. If you miss something then you SHOULD hurt. You should feel pressure of missing out something from your daily time table. This way you can understand tha importance and proper use of time. Include everything that you have to do in one day like studying, reading books, midday sleep, etc. Also add most important thing that’s exercise atleast half or one hour but just add. By this way every messed things will come on track. It won’t happen IN one day but it will happen ON one day.

I myself am am a big procrastinatior myself, and the tip I use is giving myself little prizesπŸ˜„
When I get a task done, I can get a scoop of ice cream, and sometimes I save my prize for the end of the day, when I have finished all of my tasks and can finally enjoy my ice cream without being worried over the job I haven’t done.
This personally helps and I hope this helps youπŸ˜„

Personally what works for me is when i realise i put down everything that I’m doing and then just sit for 10-15 mins trying to think about life, opportunities etc. Then slowly a way to start slow and little with achievable targets . Also you can set an alarm for every hour and see what you have done in the past hour. If you start procrastinating the alarm will remind you to study, this works only if you take the alarm seriously πŸ˜…
