I am very much confused rn....am i healing or not....some times i feel really good that she left me, i feel free from her toxicity i feel good that i am not with someone who was emotionally unavailable for me.....but sometimes this loneliness drench me from inside i get scared to sit with my feelings even though i know this is the process of healing. Lonely

Let me share my mistake and idc who's gonna believe me or not but i hope someone listen... So about a year ago i'm dating a girl... Lets call her shelly and the first month until the 8 month was fine but then we started arguing for i started drinking and forgot to take care of her or show her some love to the point where i've became abusive like hurt her sometimes(not physically) but just verbally so she gets tired of me, she broke up with me and I've regreted all of my decisions. I've become depressed for a month and my best friend been helping me move on. He also helps me enters his company, meet with other people and my life became joyful once more. After 6months has passed everything been going great for me got myself a new house and car and after that my best friend asked me to talk with him for he got something to tell me and so we meet up and we buy drinks and get straight to the point and he told me that him and shelly was actually dating for a month now and i got shocked, i didn't talk for a few minutes. He apologies to me then i just said that its all fine and told him my story when i was still dating her and told him to pls not Repeat the same mistake as i did. A few months passed i started dating someone in our company and we went to the beach to celebrate our 3rd Monthsary today and i saw shelly with my best friend smiling and they're both having fun. I've cried for a little knowing that the girl i've abused was in a good hand now, my girlfriend noticed me and then we talked about my passed and she comforted me. And Now me and my best friend is gonna marry our girls tomorrow... And don't worry i've change, i've learned from my mistake and i won't do it again.

I live with a monster here. Who doesn't respect females. Who doesn't believe in God and doesn't allow us to follow our religious practices in peace . Who imposes his choices on us. Who blackmails us to take away the financial support I feel trapped in this vicious surroundings I feel like destroying and killing my own father I'm frustated and hopeless. I no longer feel like living there is no sense of any of this life .
