This week I’m on my period. Normally for me, it’s just medium flow, maybe a little irritable, barely any cramps and that’s it. But lately, I’ve been feeling really sad and lonely. There have been so many things I wanted to do this summer but I can’t bring myself to do any of it just because of how much I overthink things. Anything that I would normally find enjoyable just feels like… too much work. All I’m asking for is things you guys do when you’re in a rut or feeling unmotivated. Thanks :)
