This post is for everyone who is struggling to get out of bed this morning, but is doing it anyway, for those who feel so trapped that the entire world feels like a tunnel and inescapable. Hugs to all of you, you are super strong. This post is also for the ones who just can not bring themselves to get out of the bed and are feeling numb, for those who just want to just vent and cry but don’t have a space where they can shed their tears and so are smiling and even for those who cried themselves to sleep last night, who collapsed and cried in their washrooms. No matter what they tell you, all of you are strong in different ways because all of you are trying. It’s okay not to be okay. Give yourself time. Let the tears in your eyes well up and flow. It’s fine. Sending love to everyone who needs it today.
