Hi, so I've lived with anxiety all my life and now I feel like I can control it a little bit and I'm not scared anymore but recently discovered that my mother also has anxiety, I took her to my doctor who is amazing but doctor will give you advice and pills but you have to help yourself, my mother gets very scared whenever she gets anxious, very small things trigger her and gets really scared. I feel so bad and I try and talk to her but she doesn't really listen, she is very very strong and helped me a lot. How can I help her? Please give me some suggestions, I got her books told her to meditate but she just can't control negetive thoughts, she had a panic attack recently,I'm really worried. Please help

At this moment of time I am having panic attacks and I am filled with anxiety I can't stop thinking about why again me, God save me please. 
I have started to think I am too easy to play with I am never going to get the love I give, the love I need and is it because I don't deserve to be loved. How is it possible to get heart broken again and again feeling I was not even little important to them and it's not even a feeling I know it for sure how I see things and still choose to ignore and give my best to a person who was just with me for their comfort, pleasure and just because they were not getting it from the one from they want all this.
All this time all I the things were a lie I have to accept it even tho she will still lie about it. About all the things she said to me all was, now the only thing I can do is blame myself for being such a stupid and allowing myself to love someone who never loved me but acted like it. All the things are ended at point where I kept begging for their love and she rejected me because she got a chance to get back with the one. 
Am I the unlucky guy here all this happened to me. I won't be able to love again no one will understand why, the moment I will stop writing this I will have to act like I am okay nothing happened I am over it but the fact is for my whole life I will never be able to trust someone again and I don't what future has for me but for once I want to cross paths with her again and I want to hear what she has to say, I wish she will say sorry which, she will really mean. I won't blame her for anything that is going to happen with me in future but she ruined the me I could have become with trust and love in my heart not because she didn't love me because she lied and acted like she cares for me but all she wanted is someone temporary until things for becomes better. I guess she has became the first person I hate and I can't help that. I do want to confront her again even tho it's all ended I want to ask so many questions but I know she will lie again like she always did.
She ripped me apart when I was healing myself think about her.

I miss you CJ. I really do alot. I wish many things but I hope you are happy and at peace. I know I wasn’t. I wish I could talk to again. Many things. I can just wish.
