This month I’ve been cried a lot. I felt so insecure about my body. Especially when I was in 7th grade I was bullied because I was too skinny. They’re always make fun of my body weight, and until now (now I’m in 10th grade) I still have no confidence in fashion. I’m scared people will judge me and say I’m too skinny to wear that outfit. The worst thing is when they always asked me “have you eat? you need to eat more!”, I eat a lot of food but I’ve never gained weight. This still haunting me for years…
1. Eating more food doesn’t help in gaining weight.
2. Confidence doesn’t come from fashion
3. Most kids make fun of each other in schools, you have to learn to ignore them or better learn to laugh of them.
You are just a kid. Wait for a year or two you will eventually gain weight or you can start working out.
First of all you are extremely beautiful the way you are. You should never worry about what others say about you. What they say to you reflect their own insecurities and not anything of you. Focus on yourself. Focus on making yourself happy. You are not required to do things to make other people satisfied. Those bullies, bully people because they know they never can be as strong as you, as beautiful as you, as smart as you, as passionate as you, as caring as you. They need to bring people down so that they can feel good about themselves. I am 25 years old. So that makes me almost a decade older than you, and I have seen and gone through what you have. So trust me when I say that, once you start focusing on yourself and accept your body and mind the way it is, the way God intended to, you will become the most happiest person in the world. @sabz There are more than 7 billion people on Earth. So for every one person who makes you feel bad, there will be a 100 who will make you feel good. Just imagine how inspirational you will be tomorrow for your juniors, your brothers and sisters when they listen to your story of how you accepted yourself, listened to your heart and became this awesome individual that you are. Hopefully I have been able to help. Looking forward to hear back from you when I am sure you become an incredible, powerful, confident and smart woman in the future.
Lots of love <3
