This is a very important and beautiful part of life. If it is successful lots of things become easy for the rest of life. I would like to preach this to all pre-primary school teachers that please play the role to the best of your ability. 

Children learn a lot in pre primary schools. Its a very crucial stage for them.

Breakup

I hate my body. I have never truly loved my body. I just see that i am fat and ugly. My parent's said not to wear short clothes in front of my grandparents because they won't like it and they don't have the habit of someone dressed up in short clothes. I agreed but why do my sisters wear short clothes. The answer is I'm fat and they are skinny. My relatives, friends and even teachers say that I'm fat. They tell me to close my legs, cover my legs, that my stomach is visible. I feel disgusting.
How is someone so disgusting that everyone hates if i wear sleevles. They say i look like a body builder but only arms. I started wearing full sleeved sweatshirts instead of dieting and working out. Believe me i tried to go to a dietician but failed again.I also wore 2 tops and a pant under my sports uniform and jacket over everything, no mater if it was summer just because what if someone thinks I'm disgusting.I cover my stomach and pull up my pants, can't show my disgusting skin. I want to be pretty, that is all i ask for.

I feel like people who have had a divorce should be given equal dignity as people who have not been married yet. Divorcees have seen a relationship, have seen it failing. We can not blame them for leaving, because it hurts a lot to be divorced, to end a relationship. We need to be more open. 

Relationships

The casual attitude that we have towards mental health is something that never enables us to develop our coping skills. The things like have some tea, take a trip, have some sleep give the temporary relief but  the root cause is never addressed, self exploration is not even touched upon, the loss or the unhealthy patterns that we have developed over the years are not even known to us. It is very important for our own self that we don't refrain from talking about the difficult issues. Actually we adopt a pattern where some days are good and we don't even realise that something is there that we need to work upon and when unfavourable or disturbing days or conflict occurs, we choose to blame other people, isolate ourselves, and then again things become normal...this pattern goes on. So it's important that we keep working on our emotional health consistently, and enjoy these lil joys of life

Sometimes I just want to close my eyes and wake up straight to the good days. If any are to come in my life 

People in my home fight a lot and I feel I am stuck in a place where people love me so much but they don’t want me to move out to do something for myself. If I convince my parents to let me go for my betterment, they would let me go but they would stay upset with me. I wanna be there for them but I wanna do things for my self too. I don’t know what to do?
