"they control my past, but not my future” is such a powerful statement and I am so proud of her for getting to where she is today

Having to constantly tell myself to not overthink and to just live in the moment is a constant struggle and is getting quite exhausting 

3am Thoughts

I am feeling overwhelmed. My father doesn't really keep well. My mother and father fight often and my father doesn't respect him at all. Nobody can do anything. I have a boyfriend, I try telling him my issues but even he has no solution. I feel lonely as all the friends that I have don't really care and in fact sometimes pull me down. I want some genuine friends to have deep conversations with. I want to be heard.

Family

I can’t watch kdramas anymore. It makes me lonely and impatient.
