Thereās a difference between liking someone and loving them, you can like someone and still not be in love with them and vice versa. The reason why we donāt stand a chance is he likes me but he doesnāt love me and I love him but i donāt like him.

In my case itās an on and off, weāve never been in a relationship but it always felt like one, itās been 5 years, he always turned me down by saying āI like you but I donāt love youā but we still had the same bond and now heās with someone else right now. Guess he was right he didnāt love me, It was all in my head.

Then itās a ānoā. I just posted something like this because it also happen to me. People said, please stay friend with him (her in my case) but still try to move on. Find someone who will love you the way you love them, and if he (your current crush) someday want to be with you, and you still have the feeling, then you can accept him.
