There will come a time when you exhaust yourself from all the energy you put into your ongoing emotions day in and day out that when you finally see the bigger picture, you realise you havent got anything substantial done in life because you were so in your own head. When you realise this, maintain a distance form thinking about and spending excessive time deciphering and wallowing in your head.It will be hard and here is when meditative or wellness practices will keep you sane. Make practical choices that catapult you further. That means saying yes to things that terrify you. Take that internship, Go travel, save up enough and if you fail at something, you get back up again.
