There was this Rath Yatra in the temple nearby my house. The whole lane was full of trash- plastic cups, thermocol plates , food thrown away, packets of Parle G with biscuits inside them just scattered on the pavement, my sister and I opened them up for the dogs around. My heart ached looking at this sight. Policemen were there as well to regulate the crowd. It’s super sad how rarely anybody gives a fuck about the environment . They go on acting like selfish asses not giving a shit about the future generation.
