extremely tired from inside ..... long turbulence got little settled

Every time I feel I have no one in this word I am all alone living with strangers who claim themselves as my family.
May be they are my biological family still every time I feel I don't belong here. I feel my mother died years ago. It's not for the first time since childhood I believed that I was a orphan

Mood Disorder

When you give reasons about your feelings, sadness and why you are feeling down and how the situations are affecting to your loved ones then instead of comforting why do they say that other people have it worse and that I shouldn’t complain and that we should be strong enough to deal and not crib. I mean once in blue moon is it worthless to share your bottled up feelings or just keep acting strong and lonely from inside? Doesn’t this cause enough stress and anxiety If you keep everything bottled up? 

Exhausted

Every time my past hit me it take me a weet to get over it i can't abel to concentrate even if i try to forget my past those memories thos truma i just cant tell you how miserable i feel..
Those memories hunt me it scares me, i get nightmares. I don't know how i am going to be in future but i try to make my self happy in present.
Do you have any suggestions what i do to get over this loop??
