i am a 10 year old boy.whos in constant state of depress abt the world and how i think they see me back,i am insecure abt my self i tried to be pretty but end up failing my own self and make my self insecure to even talk to the world,the world is filled with depressed ppl,sh_t politic leaders,and at one time i (had)3 friends who looked very innocent but one day i met up with them and they show me gore stuff,yep 8 year old me was interested,and now i got into 2 year old masturbation but now i am 2 month free,and quick question WHY IS THE WORLD SO SH_T,I AM TRYING NOT TO SWEAR SO BAD BUT WHY IS IT EVERYWHERE I GO I SEE ONE PPL TELLING HOW SHI_TTY THEY'RE COUNTRIES ARE



Depression

How can I heal myself. I am getting so irritated by everyone around me. I know the reason also. It is because I am not into good line with bf. Thats is why getting disconnected from my surroundings, find no interest in anything. 
I can not leave this relation also. 


Breakup

Eating feels like a battle nowadays... I have been telling myself i need to gain weight. My bmi index has gotten even lower. Im hungry but i don't want to eat. Whenever i try to swallow... The anxiety pops in. The fear creeps in and it feels so difficult to eat. Liquids are fine... I keep drinking water, shakes. I have been trying to use distractions to eat to avoid thinking about it...like using my mobile while eating. But it only worsened the problem. Its really embarrassing but now it sometimes took me hours to eat a simple meal. I will just sit in front of the meal thinking about how do i begin to eat it. Watching something on my mobile helps avoid the fear but it takes a long time and i waste precious time just eating. I just wish someone invents a pill with which a person can feel full and get all nutrients possible.

Anorexia

I’m a teenage female. I know I’m more than likely a lesbian but I really don’t know about my gender. Last night I had the odd feeling, like doubt and I can’t explain it. I talked to my GF and she didn’t know what I should do. I haven’t talked to my parents yet because that would mean I would have to come out to them when I’m not ready to. What should I do?

Hii everyone this is Manjeet Tiwari feeling so sad at right now. I don't think what I should do. I am feeling too lonely I Just want a good friend my life is not going well I am being shattered everywhere. 

3am Thoughts

So first of all let me tell you that my mental health is total trash right now!
To be true I am a pre medical student and I have prepared for this exam from last 2 years and  I think I am a brilliant student according to my grades but now I have developed great anxiety and stress level and for these 2 years I have sacrificed my social life and even my friends, I don't have any friends now to talk and share my worries, sometimes this makes me feel like crying (I hope I will get some genuine advice from the site). I just sat on my study table and studied these 2 years and just due to that I have gained weight  which as a result decrease in my my self confidence(I don't have time to exercisebecause I already has a lot to study for my upcoming exam) and now I'm like I don't go out I don't talk to anyone. Moreover I'm a person with such a personality that I don't ask for help to anyone whom I know because I feel it awkward I don't know why,  I don't share my problems with my family because I know they will worry about me and ask me how you're feeling in every 1 or 2 minutes and I don't want to see them worried for me. I am such an emotional person that I cry very easily, I'm a great over thinker, and recently due to these I've started to develop panic attacks.
When I see other people having really good friends whom they can share everything who also receive help from their friends and I mean some people literally say all they have is the good friends whom with whom they can share literally everything in their life but then I feel like I don't have even a single friend whom I can share anything with and as you grow up you feel like there are many career options in your path and you feel like doing everything I mean when you start to develop your talents you feel like you can grow in this also and in that also so why not to do everything.  I hope you can understand that as we grow up, we feel a rush of emotions and thoughts in our mind and we can't figure it out what to do in that case. And recently due to all this peer pressure from my studies and high stress and anxiety level 
I've also developed one new thing that is panic attacks. As you know in today's era is full based on the social media and all when you see someone really beautiful in their looks in their body then there will be a moment when you will feel inferior to them, you start to compare yourself with them.
 There are burst of emotions and thoughts in my brain that I can't figure out what to keep and what to throw.
Now due to all these things every day feels like a burden it feels very suffocating sometimes, it feels like every day is a struggle and and it's hard.
Please help genuinely.
