There are days when I just don’t feel anything. I can’t focus on things. I try to distract myself. I can’t. I trying going out. I try good food. And then also when I come home back. I feel nothing. It’s like why the day is not ending. What shall I do to make myself calm. Yaa good. And then I end up crying. And sucks why. Because I don’t even know why I am crying about.

It must be so hard for you to go through this. I just want to say that don’t blame yourself for feeling bad or crying. Sometimes, we don’t know the reasons but we can choose to move ahead.
In my experience, don’t push through the day to be purposeful or filled with action. if it is a dry day, then be it. Acceptance eases so much.

Listen to slow music! Take yourself on dates and long walks! Click selfies every now and then! Try stand up comedy either watching or try telling jokes to your friends! Go out for movies and have fun with friends!
