3am Thoughts

Anxiety Update:
Recently i put up a post about how i feel anxiety when i make certain decisions outside my comfort zone.  It’s midnight here and i feel like it’s getting worse. I don’t know if it’s all just in my head or it really is happening. I feel my legs hurt my chest feels heavy. All i can think of rn is that i wanna get through the next few days somehow and be back home in my bed. 

Please lmk if this is anxiety or me just being dramatic.

I met my ex today at the beach, she broke up with me 5 months ago .....i was happy to see her, this was the first time i was seeing her after our breakup.....it was a happy coincidence today that i met her, i was trembling when i was talking with her and since evening she is dominating my mind, i usually sleep at 11 but now its almost 1 and i cant fall asleep .....

Does being chubby boy means girls call u fatty and ignore u..? Reject.u
