3am Thoughts

I feel like giving up on my life !!! This is my second drop and i am still scoring 300 in my mock tests. I know i m not ok mentally and i have never been , but i thought i could push through my depression and work for neet and i have but but nothing is efficient , i have never been able to focus, i am very forgetful , i suffer with with anxiety , maladaptive daydreaming  , i cry for no reason , i hurt my self . My head is never quiet . Two months to the exam and i feel so ashamed . I have given too much time with no results . I feel useless ,worthless . I don't even know what i am looking for here , writing this !!! 

Kabhi kabhi lgta hai mere breakup ke baad mere communication  skills aur flirting skills jaa chuki hai 🙂🐢

I feel this momentary sadness can move into depression  
If I don't  get of this college 
But if I get out what  do the future  holds me? 
And it's  easier  for others to say to leave it , but that too is difficult  when people have a war for employment
