The migraines are killing me bcz of stress. My eyes pain and vision becomes blurry and my head feels heavy. Why is it happening how do I deal with it? I tried social media detox still it was temporary fix. Itβs killing me. I can hardly think straight. Help me out!
Go see doctor. I did same too.
But I donβt feel itβs that serious π
Itβs about pain. If you feel like nothing is helping you should take some medicines. Because ik how that pain feels. Unbearable.
Lights off β¦take a short napβ¦or just lie down in the dark. It took around 15-20 mins for my migraine to shut down. Hope it helps
I did an entire week detox very less gadgets and just sleeping and keeping calm but it was temporary fix
Woth migraines its almost always gonna be temporary. It is triggered by stress so as long as you are away from it you are good. But if you cant avoud stress yk its gonna happen again. Best way is to just β¦know how to manage it effectively. Places with minimum lights help.
Yea maybe thatβs right ππbut the stress management is weak. Headaches are getting worse. Ugh! Hope it gets better soon
β€οΈ hang in there
Okay! Thank you so much. Will tryπ
Beginning with the smallest things like having enough sleep, always staying hydrated and getting exercises. Theyβre good for your physical health. And mental health, you can totally share your thoughts with ppl here and Iβm always in all ears also. Come on, you can do it β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
Yea becoming difficult to maintain a routine. Trying to. This was a good suggestion. Thanks you. Iβm making efforts for it but I fail then it leads to stress then migraines ifs an endless cycle πππ
Visit a neurologist. He will probably give you medications for pain relief or maybe increase the dosage. I have migranes too, stress and heat is my trigger. Wouldnβt wish it upon my worst enemies. The pain is almost unbearable.
Exactly even I have heatπ₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ίthe pain is too muchβ¦Do you also feel dizzy and head feels soo heavy π₯Ίπ₯Ί is it a serious illness??
Itβs nothing serious. Migraine is quite common. Neurologist will ask you bunch of questions like where does it pains the most and when does it occurs and about the frequency and duration. He will just prescribe you with medications to lessen the pain. Thereβs no cure for it. For some it goes away with time and in some people it persists.
