The Genuine advice which is completely useless : -
Do not worry much, Be yourself. Everything will be fine. I don’t know why people say these ( Including me ). I learned today, First is to fix yourself and then be yourself.

There is no need to worry…worry is a result of our learnings as a kid. Worry indicates a slight imbalance in us that can be fixed by just relaxing

I agree you know, some amount of worry is necessary and it is necessary to act upon that worry. That is the only way to get something from that worry, otherwise that worry can send us into a downward spiral of unproductibity and anxiousness
