Why people wronged you?

Try to not think about them u will find good people who will support u try to be happy for yourself because the thing which matters the most is u and ur happiness because of other people and bad memories u will ruin ur future so try to be positive and happy I know whatever I m telling u is not easy but nothing is easy u have to make things easy for yourself.

I am an overthinker … and the first important step is to acknowledge that u r an overthinker… and just evrytime u find urself going down that thought just tell urself stop and breathe and just concentrate on breathing in and breathing out… Helped me alot .

In this situation you need just spend your time with family or friends that’s my mantra😁😁😁
