3am Thoughts

My father always gets irritated and angry at small things. I'm so tired of his toxic behaviour. He is just like another Indian dad who never thinks he can be wrong. I changed my nature alot but he isn't ready to change his nature even a bit. Today also he snapped at me without any reason but I just couldn't take it anymore and started crying. He shouted at that too. I just lost it and said "Dad I changed my nature alot you need to change your nature too or else I don't think we will be able to maintain a good relationship." And I swear this can happen. What I described is just 1% of what he does. He surely fulfills all my needs and never says no for anything but he is controlling beyond the level an adult can handle. Even on smallest fights he won't talk to me for 10-15 days even though I don't do anything wrong. But ik I shouldn't have said this and idk what to do now. A part of me is guilty but the other part feels that I should be able to communicate with my father atleast this much.

so i have my exam and I'm so stressed rn and if i don't talk or say anything i wouldn't be able to study help my brain is overflowing and i am very anxious i believe in myself that i can pass but i haven't studied i am so close to having a breakdown lets just hope i get calm and i can study i still have 4 to 5 hours if i can pull an all nighter
